28 local groups are added to the Kingstanding community directory

28 groups across Oscott, Kingstanding and Perry Common have been listed on the Local groups & clubs directory at kingstanding.org/groups.

28 groups have been added to the Local groups & clubs directory at kingstanding.org/groups.

By ward, 11 are in Oscott, 10 are in Kingstanding and 3 are in Perry Common. A further 4 have no ward given.

The Oscott groups for older people are Age UK Birmingham at Old Oscott Community Centre, Ageing Well at Birmingham Settlement Kingstanding and Maryvale Community Lunch Club. The support groups are Dementia Carers Hub support group (Oscott), FoodCycle Birmingham Kingstanding and Maryvale Sunshine Club.

For children and young people in Oscott, the listings are Little Settlers Stay, Learn & Play (Kingstanding) and Sports Thursdays (Birmingham Settlement youth sessions). The other Oscott listings are Birmingham Settlement Sports & Community Centre, Garden & Grow (Birmingham Settlement Kingstanding) and Starlands Warriors FC.

In Kingstanding, the sport and fitness groups are FC Elite Football Academy and New Heights Active Club (girls 7-16).
