What we do

Age UK Birmingham's Oscott base: chair-based exercise, walking netball and a free advice surgery for over-50s.

Age UK Birmingham runs activities and advice at Old Oscott Community Centre on Birdbrook Road. There is a gentle chair-based exercise class with tea and coffee afterwards, free walking netball for over-50s, and a weekly information and advice surgery covering pensions, benefits, housing, care, wills and more (appointments must be booked).
