There are two ways to be part of Kingstanding Together: join as a member, and volunteer on our projects. You can do either or both — and you never need a separate membership for Litter Busters, Green Spaces or any other project.
Membership
Become a member of Kingstanding Together. It's free and open to anyone aged 18 or over; members get notice of general meetings, can vote and can propose activities. It gives the association its voice.
Volunteering
Take part in one or more of our projects — as much or as little as suits you. Tell us what interests you and we'll be in touch.

Kingstanding Litter Busters
Join residents helping keep our streets and neighbourhood cleaner — litter picks and community clean-up days.
Kingstanding Green Spaces
Help protect and improve the parks, playing fields and green spaces around us.
Heritage
Help research, record and celebrate Kingstanding’s history — from old photographs to the Odeon.
Share a memory
Add your story or old photographs to our Voices project — the living memory bank of Kingstanding.
Photography
Help document the area today — its buildings, streets and green spaces — for the Gallery and future campaigns.
Events & stewarding
Help set up, welcome people and steward at meetings and community events.
Community research
Help find out what matters locally — gathering information, talking to neighbours and looking into local issues.
Professional skills
Architects, surveyors, accountants, solicitors and planners — donated expertise makes community projects possible. If you can help, please tell us.
Run a local group or club?
Support groups, sports clubs, scouts, choirs, lunch clubs, faith and hobby groups — if it meets in Kingstanding, Oscott or Perry Common, list it on our Local groups & clubs page for free. Residents can find you, follow your news and see you on the map, and you can post updates as the group.
