Eco-friendly community hub in Witton Lakes Park with a café, workshops, wellbeing activities and a community orchard.
Witton Lakes Eco Hub is the former park keeper's cottage, rebuilt by Witton Lodge Community Association and opened in April 2022. It offers a community café, meeting rooms, workshops and wellbeing activities such as tai chi, yoga and a Walking Buddies group. Volunteers grow produce in the Velvet Community Orchard for local foodbanks, and the hub runs nature projects and family events in the school holidays.
