Local memories

What people who knew this place have said about it, in their own words. These are memories, not checked facts.

“My Father Jack Morgan played the organ from 1953 – 1982. My brother David & I were choir boys in the time of Cowling, Young & Geoffrey Harper. Our family has had weddings and Christenings there and grandchildren have been servers. It is our 2nd home.”

— colin organ, 8 September 2012, Voices of Kingstanding

“Both my sons were christened here, my in-laws lived in Lisson Grove off Cooksey Lane and this was their local church.”

— Barbara Copson, 19 August 2012, Voices of Kingstanding
