From the memories of Brian Scott on Voices of Kingstanding. Brian is on the back row, first on the right. He names many of the children: back row Ronnie Walker, Gerald Millward, David Charlton, Roy Blakey and Brian Scott; row 2 Howard Auston, Joan Murkett, Noel Manton, Sheila Scott, Joyce Parker, Tony Dodds and John Hughes; row 3 Doris Harknett and Joseph Parkes (with the crown and sword); among the girls in white Pearl Jennings and Beryl Clewes; and among the boys with garlands Robert White and Ian Hay.
