Brand-new houses with paling fences, a wide verge and a newly planted street tree.

A row of new estate houses in brick, some with rendered bays and diamond-pattern decoration, behind wooden paling fences. A young tree is staked on the wide grass verge; a motorcycle and sidecar and a figure stand further along.
