Typing with Mrs Taylor.

One of a set of photographs of King’s Rise Secondary School published on Voices of Kingstanding as “photographic memories of King’s Rise Secondary School from 1976 from Paul Hillcox and Keith Wright”. Paul Hillcox explained in a comment that he took them while in the sixth form, for a display in the school’s main corridor.

“I was asked to photograph classes and teachers as part of a display in the main corridoor of the school , i was in the 6th form at the time and involved in A level photography tutored by mr Fitton one of the art teachers. … all i can remember is it was taken in 1976 just before the summer hollidays.”
