2 Dulwich Road – Ready for the May 1937 Coronation Celebrations

Chris Hillcox writes on Voices of Kingstanding: “We are very grateful to see this very rare photo of celebrations of the 1937 Coronation of King George VI in Kingstanding. The picture was taken in Dulwich Road. I welcome any more pictures from this event which would have been early on in the life of the estate.”

Notes

The post does not name who supplied the photo; it also appears under “Memories from Lee Lewis” on the Dulwich Road page and matches his other captioned prints.
