Frank Burton names many of the class on Voices of Kingstanding. The back row, left to right, is “Harvey Pool, Andrew Guck, John Howkins, John Booton, David Robbie, Frank Burton (that’s me!) and Robert Hodson.” Others he names include Pamela Broad, Joyce Davies, Alan Morris, Keith Cartwright, Laurence Liddle, Colin Noakes, Geraldine Hill, Jimmy Bishop, Robin Sully, Avril Jarvis, Lionel Jones and Sandra Lee.
He recalls: “I remember Mr. Dolphin. He retired whilst I was there and was replaced by Mr. Eynon as Headmaster … In the juniors Mr. Dugarde (Headmaster), Miss Cooling, Miss Dyer, Miss Lark (Headmistress for the Infants) and Miss Goodhall.” The page’s school log notes that in July 1959 Mr Dolphon retired and Mr Eynon became headmaster.

The caption says “around 1956”. The credit to Andrew Guck comes from commenters (“the 1956 photo sent in by Andrew Guck”) and the image file name, not the caption. Frank Burton’s names are from memory and several places are marked “don’t know”.
