What kind of application this is

A review of an existing premises licence. A review can be asked for by the police, the council or other “responsible authorities”, or by local people or businesses. After a hearing, the Licensing Sub-Committee can take no action, add or change conditions (such as hours), remove an activity from the licence, replace the designated premises supervisor, suspend the licence for up to three months, or revoke it.
