Witton Lodge Community Association is a resident-led community anchor and landlord based at 87 Witton Lodge Road, Perry Common (B23 5JD), founded in 1994. It manages over 200 rental homes and the Sycamore Court independent-living scheme, and provides employment support, skills training, business support and health and wellbeing services.
