Business Listing Terms

These terms apply when you submit a business listing on This is Kingstanding. By submitting a listing, you agree to them. They were last updated in June 2026.

Free listings

Business listings on This is Kingstanding are free. Every listing is reviewed by our team before it goes live to keep the directory trustworthy.

Inclusion is not an endorsement

Being listed in the business directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation or accreditation by This is Kingstanding. We do not vet the quality of any business's products or services, and residents should make their own checks before engaging a business.

Listings may be refused or removed

We may refuse, edit, suspend or remove any listing at our discretion, including (but not limited to) where:

• information is inaccurate, misleading or out of date;
• the content breaches these terms or our wider site terms;
• we receive credible complaints about the business; or
• the business is no longer trading.

A listing fee does not guarantee that a listing will be published or remain published.

No unlawful, misleading or offensive content

Listings must not contain any content that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, offensive, or that infringes the rights of others. You are responsible for ensuring your listing is accurate and complies with all applicable laws, including advertising and consumer protection rules.

No political influence

Payment for a business listing does not grant any influence over the editorial content, councillor updates, campaigns or community reporting on This is Kingstanding. Our editorial independence is not for sale.

Removing a listing

You can ask us to update or remove your listing at any time. We may also remove a listing that breaches these terms or is no longer accurate.
